Clint Wagner is the founder of Wagner Energy Services, an oilfield and industrial services company based in Marietta, Ohio, serving customers throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Clint earned his bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College in 2016. He is an active member of the American Association of Drilling Engineers (AADE) and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), maintaining involvement with organizations focused on the drilling, petroleum and energy industries.
His career in the oil and gas industry began in 2017 working in flowback operations. That field experience gave Clint firsthand exposure to the equipment, testing requirements and challenges involved in bringing wells through the stages leading to completion.
While working in the field, Clint recognized a need for more specialized hydrostatic pressure testing and better digital pressure test analysis.
Oil and gas operators depend on pressure testing to verify the integrity of equipment before it is placed into service. Clint saw an opportunity to provide operators and contractors with better testing equipment, accurate digital test data and more detailed pressure test analysis.
The need was particularly evident in onshore oil and gas operations and throughout the stages leading to well completion.
That experience helped shape the direction of Wagner Energy Services.
Rather than building the company around a broad list of services, Clint focused on solving problems he had encountered firsthand in the field.
Wagner Energy Services developed specialized capabilities in hydrostatic pressure testing, digital pressure test analysis and related oilfield testing services. As customer needs grew, the company expanded its capabilities to support additional oilfield and industrial operations.
Today, Wagner Energy Services provides services including hydrostatic pressure testing, torque and test services, flange management, valve testing, hydrovac excavation, high-pressure water blasting and other specialized field services.
The company's approach remains rooted in the same principles that led to its development: reliable equipment, accurate testing, useful documentation and experienced field support.
Clint's petroleum engineering education provides the technical foundation for his work, while his field experience gives him an understanding of how equipment and testing procedures are actually used on active jobsites.
His experience includes flowback operations, hydrostatic testing, pressure test analysis and supporting equipment through critical stages of oil and gas operations.
That combination of engineering education and hands-on field experience continues to influence how Wagner Energy Services approaches its work throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Outside of Wagner Energy Services, Clint is a husband and father of four. His family remains an important part of the motivation behind building and growing the company.
From his petroleum engineering education at Marietta College to his early experience working in flowback operations, Clint has built Wagner Energy Services around firsthand knowledge of the demands placed on equipment, crews and contractors in the field.
His goal is straightforward: provide customers with dependable field services, capable equipment and the testing information they need to make informed decisions about their operations.
